Our Journey
OUR ROOTS
Axiomatic Consultants was founded in 2003 in South Africa and was born out of a need by international companies for specialist Payroll and strategic Remuneration and Benefits consulting in Africa.
WE GREW
Axiomatic pride itself on being “close to the Client”. Given the attractiveness of our solution to international companies, it is not surprising that increasingly, new clients are international companies with headquarters in the UK and the EU.
An important consideration for setting up Axiomatic Advisory Services is to better serve our clients in these jurisdictions. Proximity to the Head Office decision-makers will undoubtedly improve the quality of the service, the response time, improve the understanding of the Client’s unique needs, and facilitate the development of a personal relationship- ultimately elevating the service to a “value-add service”.
