Axiomatic Advisory Services offers three payroll models:
Outsourcing
Axiomatic runs the payroll process from end to end.
Insourcing
The Client’s personnel run the payroll and Axiomatic provides the platform and support.
Hybrid
A combination of the above. For example, the Client may have an experienced team in Kenya and elect an insourced model but would prefer Axiomatic Advisory Services to run the rest of the African payrolls on an outsourced model.

We have significant experience integrating the payroll platform with SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, Oracle, and other related HCM and Finance systems. Past projects have varied from simple integrations to extremely complex integrations with staging tables and “bridges”.
As part of our continuing mission to ensure that payroll runs efficiently with zero touch and to provide employees with the best experience, our platform allows employees to securely manage key activities using their mobile phones including WhatsApp payslip functionality. This function can include:

As part of our core offering, we can offer several solutions that allow our clients to make payments to their employees and third parties via our various payment solutions.
This will include net payments to employees based in multiple African countries and cater to almost all African and hard currencies.
Security is paramount and the cloud-based payroll platform is ISO270001 compliant and complies with both GDPR in the EU, the POPI Act in South Africa, and various similar data protection legislation in many African countries. The service allows for multi-authentication and has built-in redundancies to ensure business continuity.
Emerging Markets Payroll (EMP) is a payroll alliance of three specialist Regional Payroll Providers that collectively offer comprehensive local HR and payroll support for 80+ countries worldwide in emerging markets across Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
The three partners of EMP are:
