AxioJob is an online cloud-based job grading system that was designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. The system was built on the premise of empowering HR professionals to do their own job grading without having to purchase the other (more expensive) grading systems or without having to pay for external consultants, thus reducing costs.
No contracts are signed. An annual fee is determined, and an invoice is issued. Once the invoice is paid, the client can perform an unlimited number of jobs gradings by an unlimited number of users. At the end of the one-year anniversary, the client elects to continue for another year or alternatively not to renew.
